At AlgoTrade, we believe that a strong and thoughtfully structured token economy is essential to building a healthy, sustainable ecosystem. Our tokenomics are centered around fairness, accessibility, and utility with a strong focus on community empowerment and exchange growth.

We want holders and users to feel confident knowing that our distribution model is aligned with the long-term success of the exchange and designed to support both innovation and scalability.

| **Team (Vested)**   | 10%            | Reserved for the core contributors building AlgoTrade. These tokens are vested over time to reflect long-term commitment and accountability.                                                   |
| **Treasury**        | 5%             | Held for future development, emergency protocol funding, ecosystem incentives, and governance-related use cases.                                                                               |
